“Another glorious day, the air as delicious to the lungs as nectar to the tongue.” - John Muir, naturalist and conservationist
"I like nonsense, it wakes up the brain cells. Fantasy is a necessary ingredient in living. It's a way of looking at life through the wrong end of a telescope. Which is what I do and that enables you to laugh at life's realities." - Dr. Seuss, author & illustrator

I started a blog in 2005.
I chronicled stuff and nonsense.
I let the blog wither for a bit somewhere between late summer 2009 and early winter 2010.
In 2011, I began again... writing and capturing images about what I know the best and, at times, the least, my life.
So, now what?
I'm a homemaker (or at least that's the best description that fits what I do on those lists of occupations).
I run a little bit.
I make stuff by myself and sometimes with my children.
I cook and bake and try my best to use real foods.
We love the San Francisco Bay Area however we love to get out and camp, too.
Photos happen.

So, now what? How about some nonsense?
I say the word "pop" in reference to carbonated drinks. In terms of dialects, this means I am from the Inland North which would be true because I was born in the great city of Buffalo, New York.
I, also, like the expression "Dude" as it can mean quite a lot. Like, "Dude, sorry about your car." or "Dude! I can't wait for Summer!" or "Dude? What did I just eat?" or just simply "Dude." In terms of dialects, this means I am from Southern California which would be true because at ten years old my family moved to the "City of Angels" aka Los Angeles.
So, naturally, I now live in the Bay Area.
