Pre Christmas Good Times

This weekend we travelled back to Napa and witnessed the strangest festive holiday parade ever.  It was supposed to end at the Oxbow Market yet it didn't at times... the parade would make a left just before it was supposed to pass us and then it would go straight again.  It was great and weird.  We saw a totally decorated tractor, a live camel, baby goats, Rudolph playing the drums and a Spanish radio station blasting the song Low Rider.  Awesome.  I'm totally into the spirit of the season now.

A long time ago I came across the website for the Model Railroad Society in Walnut Creek.  So on Sunday a former preschool friend met us there.  It was billed as their holiday show... so, I'm not sure what was so holiday about it outside of the 3 foot Christmas tree on one of the hills and a bit of lights but it was still fun.  Ryan wanted to get up on the tracks and run the trains.  Ashleigh was excited to find a pink car, of course.
