Today, Ashleigh & I went to her soon to be new school for Kindergarten Assessment. What do they assess? I asked the teacher after Ashleigh was done and she said she asked her about what letter a certain word started with and letter recognition. That's all. Simple stuff...
I hung out on some benches near the playground while she was in the library with the teacher. Boy, those elementary school kids are busy... good times though. Tether ball and four square, my favorites, were spied. Two giant play structures though. Not something they had when I was their age.
We walked past the Kindergarten classrooms and took a peek inside. She was eager to see her school again and so was I. We ran into two neighbors while we were there. It was good to see familiar faces...
