This week's meals.

I found a new site for meals and I'm pretty sure I'm going to pull quite a bit from her.  Good Life Eats is the name and so far it looks good.   Not too outrageous with just enough...

A couple of things about how I plan for the week.  I try to have seafood at least twice a week and Mondays we try to go meatless.  I think mostly I succeed.  Mostly.

Monday - Quinoa stuffed peppers
Tuesday - Pasta Puttenesca
Wednesday - Salmon with Horseradish Sauce
Thursday - Sloppy Joes
Friday - Panko breaded tilapia

I don't really have ideas for Saturday and Sunday but either 1. I go the easy route or 2. we have something comforting that can make leftovers for lunches.
