On Sunday, I made Coq au Vin Blanc. It was awesome. That's all. Plenty of leftovers, too.
Monday - Bean burritos
Tuesday - Bowtie Lasagna
Wednesday - Leftovers
Thursday - Egg salad sandwiches and some sort of soup
Friday - Salmon Cakes
Saturday - Dinner at my mom's
Sunday - Roasted chicken (leftovers to be used for salad and soup the following week!)
