Monday - hot dogs & fries (so sophisticated, I know! however we've been cooking them outside over a fire so it really is a lot of fun for the kids!)
Tuesday - beef stir fry
Wednesday - chicken pasta salad
Thursday - salmon burgers
Friday - shepherd's pie
Saturday - leftovers
Sunday - TBD
