I'm changing the posting schedule for these weekly menus. I'll post on Sundays what we ate during the previous week. It turns out that I haven't really been planning ahead and it's been more like keeping track instead. Either way though it's helpful for me to get ideas!
monday - leftovers from BBQ
tuesday - cobb salad with leftover chicken
wednesday - spaghetti & meatballs
thursday - grilled chicken with leftover pasta salad
friday - Whole Foods had a great deal on a bucket of chicken with 2 sides
saturday - Our 11th Anniversary - dinner at Carpe Diem - delicious!
sunday - hot dogs & watermelon... super simple as we had a late lunch
