This week's meals is inspired by this menu on Martha Stewart's site. Saturday we went to the farmer's market and found some awesome rib eyes at the Prather Meat booth. We rewarded ourselves with them after our 12 mile run on Sunday.
Monday: 3 bean chili with cornbread
Tuesday: Pork chops with stewed green beans and cornbread
Wednesday: Cauliflower pasta with salad
Thursday: Leftover cauliflower pasta cold with more vegetables
Friday: Pizza!
Saturday: TBD
Sunday: Dinner out with family
